When you see a plural or a plural possessive pronoun, such as “We” and “Our,” that refers to the Company. 

Who We Are

This website is operated by Queer Birthworker, founded and led by king yaa — a liberatory coach and practitioner offering decolonized, trauma-informed, and justice-oriented coaching, education, and consulting. Our work centers Black, queer, trans, and disabled communities, and we approach privacy and data care with the same integrity, transparency, and consent-based values that guide all our offerings.

We only collect information needed to stay connected and provide our services. This may include:

  • Contact details (name, email, pronouns, phone number if shared)

  • Payment and billing information for programs or offerings

  • Information shared through forms, surveys, or communications

  • Non-identifying data (like device type, browser, or site activity) that helps us improve accessibility and performance

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we never sell or trade your information.
